Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide, ensuring your coffee reaches you no matter where you are.

2. Processing Time
All orders are roasted fresh and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 AM AWST may be shipped the same day.

3. Shipping Carrier
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. We do not use Sendle.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

  • Standard Australia Post Shipping: $9.90

  • Express Australia Post Shipping: $14.90

  • Express Shipping is free on orders over $75

5. Delivery Timeframes
All deliveries are handled by Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:

  • WA Metro: 1–3 business days

  • Interstate: 3–7 business days

6. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your parcel.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist with Australia Post enquiries.

8. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed automatically based on your selected frequency (e.g., 2 or 4 weeks), so you never run out of your favorite coffee.
