Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • A damaged item
  • A faulty product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund where appropriate

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may:

  • Pause
  • Modify
  • Cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened coffee bags
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect grind selection
