Sparks Coffee Roasters is a small batch, family run business, whose entire focus is on providing its customers with the highest quality freshest coffee possible.
Stephen and Kerriann Larsen are a husband and wife team who are passionate about all things coffee. After almost a decade of working in hospitality we finally decided to purchase our own cafe, Bean Thru. However, we quickly realized that we were not content with just being able to extract the perfect espresso shot. We wanted to fully harness our business’s potential and take our love of coffee to the next level. We decided to take the plunge and purchase a state of the art Giesen coffee roaster and Stephen set off and sought out the best practices and methods for sourcing and roasting coffee.
We roast a variety of seasonally available green beans in small batches three times a week. We use and sell our own unique blend (Richmond House) in our cafe, and also offer speciality single origins for those who wish to experience different beans and flavours.
